The Diocese of Worcester will be taking a group out the Steubenville Main Campus Youth Conference July 16-19, 2026 at Franciscan University in Steubenville, OH.

The Diocesan Youth Ministry Office is excited to announce plans to once again take a group to the Steubenville Main Campus Summer Youth Conference on July 16-19, 2026 in Steubenville, Ohio! Below are some trip details as well as a flyer. Participants must register with a group (no individual registrations). Spots are limited and will be given on a first come first served basis.

Franciscan University of Steubenville, Steubenville OH
When is the trip?
The entire trip will take place July 16-19, 2026. We will take a bus out to Steubenville which will depart very early on the morning of July 16th. We will arrive in Steubenville that evening and stay on campus. The conference itself will take place July 17-19 and we will return very late at night on the 19th (early morning 20th).
Who can attend?
The Conference is open to high school youth (incoming freshman to graduating seniors). Participants must attend with a group from their parish or school. Groups must have at least 1 adult male for every 8 youth males and 1 adult female for every 8 youth females.
What is the cost?
The cost of the trip is $575/participant maximum* (youth AND adults). A $50/person non-refundable deposit is due when signing up to secure your group's spot. *Fundraising is available to help defray the cost.
What does the cost include?
The cost includes conference registration, bus transportation, an extra night stay in Steubenville on campus before the conference begins, meals in Steubenville, and a campus tour before the conference begins!
How to sign up
All participants MUST sign up with a group with adult chaperones compliant with safe environment policy in the Diocese of Worcester. To sign up a group, contact Tim Messenger at 508-929-4360 or at
tmessenger@worcesterdiocese.org. The only thing due at the time of signing up is a $50/person deposit to secure your group's spots. After signing up, group leaders will be given information on forms and deadlines.
Spots are limited and registration will be open until spots are filled.
